Who we are

AZ Computer Services is an Arizona-based web hosting, web design, and IT services company. We help local businesses improve their websites, hosting, security, and online presence.

Why you received an email from us

We occasionally reach out to Arizona businesses to offer help with their website, hosting, or online presence. A real member of our team looked at your site and thought we could genuinely help — it is a one-to-one business introduction, not a mass spam blast.

How we found you

Your business contact email was listed publicly — on your own website or a public business directory. We do not purchase email lists, and we never share or sell your information.

Is this spam?

No. Every message is a genuine, relevant offer from a real person you can reply to directly. We follow the CAN-SPAM Act: real sender details, an honest subject line, and a working way to opt out.

How to stop receiving emails

Reply to any email from us with the word “unsubscribe” (or “stop”) and we will remove you immediately and permanently. You can also email support@hostpwn.com.

Questions?

Some Of This Is Preference — Not A Problem With Us

A few things people push back on are personal preferences or general distrust — not anything wrong with how we operate. Here is where we honestly stand.

“I don’t trust unsubscribe links.”

Fair — plenty of companies abuse them. Ours is not a tracking link or a list trap: reply to any email with “unsubscribe” and a real person removes you immediately and permanently. We never sell, share, or re-add you.

“reCAPTCHA / captchas are bad for privacy.”

That is a personal preference, not a flaw in our outreach. We keep bot-verification to the minimum needed — and you can always skip it entirely by emailing or calling us directly.

“I don’t like sites built on third-party platforms.”

Neither do we — including our own. This website, the software we run, and all of our internal business systems are built from the ground up, in-house, with zero third-party platforms. Every site we build for clients is the same: custom-coded and fully owned by you. We are on the same side here.

“Cold outreach is spam.”

Not all outreach is spam. We only contact a business at the public email published on its own website, we say exactly who we are, and we stop the moment you ask. That is targeted, lawful B2B outreach — not bulk mail.

“How did you even get my email?”

From your own website or public business listing — the address you chose to publish. We do not buy lists, scrape private inboxes, or guess at addresses.

“I never asked to be contacted.”

True — that is what an introduction is. We reached out once because your business looked like a fit. Reply once and you will never hear from us again.

“Your email landed in my spam folder.”

Filters flag plenty of legitimate mail. We send from a real domain with proper SPF/DKIM authentication and a real reply-to — a misfiled message is not proof of a scam.

“Real companies do not cold-email.”

Plenty do, lawfully. Honest, identified B2B outreach with a working opt-out is compliant with CAN-SPAM. The problem is deception — and we do not deceive.

“You are probably overseas or a bot.”

We are a real company, and we do not outsource or hire anyone overseas. Everyone you deal with is local.

“I already have a website.”

Great — we are not pushing a rebuild. We help when a site is slow, dated, hard to update, or built on a platform you are stuck with. No website, no obligation.

“I do not trust links in emails.”

Smart habit — and you should not have to trust a link to trust us. Our emails do not rely on you clicking anything: no tracking pixels, no shortened or disguised URLs, and no “click here to verify your account” tricks. If you want to check us out, ignore the email entirely and come to us directly — type hostpwn.com into your browser yourself, search for the business, or look up our reviews. A legitimate, established company holds up to exactly that kind of scrutiny, and we would rather you verify us that way than take our word for it.

“Why email from azcompservices.com, not hostpwn.com?”

Using a separate domain for outreach is a standard, widely-used email practice. It keeps business introductions from affecting the inbox reputation of our primary domain — the one we use for client work, invoices, and support. It protects deliverability for everyone; it is not hiding. azcompservices.com is openly operated by HostPwn and points right back to us.
